My AC unit had failed and the temperature outside was in the 100's, so we needed someone to come out asap. I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremiah, who was an amazing technician. I explained the issue and he went straight to work on my AC unit. He had the issue resolved in no time, and he was very informative along the way making sure to answer any questions I had. It was a pleasant experience overall from start to finish.
