I highly recommend Bobby at The Family Plumber. I have used them for some small jobs and have been very happy. Most recently I called Bobby to replace my old Water softener. I was a bit apprehensive as I did not know exactly what I wanted. I contacted Bobby and he answered all my questions, and gave me several options. I then contacted several other plumbers to get their recommendations. After gathering all the information from the various plumbers and having additional questions of my own, I conducted my own additional research on the matter. Ultimately, I felt that Bobby was the most honest and provided me with the best product to fit my needs at a reasonable price. Once again, I ended up using Bobby and am very pleased. If you want an honest and reasonable plumber, give Bobby a call. You will not be disappointed.

Inquired about service on a water softener, and he was able to walk me though what I could possibly do to remedy the situation. Requested for him to quote me on replacing all of the pipes/fittings that come up to the house. He came out on a Monday to give me a quote, I approved it that Monday and he was able to complete the work on Wednesday. They replaced the old with a 1” sweat ball valve and a 1” threaded PRV. and installed new 3/4 PVB. Good communication, fair price, happy with the service. Will use again

I called family plumber for their great reviews and also I had a chance meeting with their plumber Justin last week. I had a lot of work that was unexpected as this was from a house recently purchased. Justin went right to it. Did an excellent job on everything and worked very hard. I also got some nice discounts because I had multiple issues to be repaired. Don't pass this company by if you need some great plumbing work. Thanks Justin for the great job!

I highly recommend The Family Plumber in Surprise, AZ! They truly provide five-star service from start to finish. Bobby & Dustin took the time to thoroughly explain what was causing the leak and answered all of my questions, so I understood exactly what needed to be repaired. It turned out that my sink had developed a hole, which was causing water to leak into the cabinet below. They replaced the sink, but when they arrived to install the new one, they discovered it had a manufacturing defect. Rather than installing a flawed product just to finish the job, they took it back to the supplier, returned with a defect-free sink, and installed it correctly. That level of honesty and commitment to quality says a lot about their integrity. The Family Plumber clearly puts the customer first. They wanted to make sure the job was done right and that I was completely satisfied. They were professional, trustworthy, thorough, and their pricing was fair and reasonable. It's refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind the quality of its work.
