Main Office

Tim the technician who installed our new hot water tank did an excellent job. He was very thorough and explained all he did. He left the job site very clean and was very pleasant. We would recommend Assurance Plumbing and Heating.

Michael was fast, efficient, and helpful capping off a stove gas line, and also relit my water heater, which I really appreciated (might have been a cold surprise!) He also replace a faucet piece he had on the truck that was giving me grief. 2nd experience with this company, excellent communication, fast appointment (needed for the arrival of a new appliance) and all around positive experience. Thank you everyone, the front office was also extremely helpful, easy to book appointment, follow up reminders, etc. HIghly recommended!

I thought I could fix my shower myself, then I made the issue bigger. Luckily, Tim from Assurance plumbing saved the day! He was able to get over here quickly.Identify the problem , find the solution, and get the job done quickly, saving me time and money! I really appreciate his kindness and honesty. I really felt like I could trust Tim! He was knowledgeable and honest and spoke very highly of the company. The best part is that my shower is fixed by professionals now 😅

I had a great experience with Assurance Plumbing and technician Tim Mendez. Tim came out to my condo in Sedona after I noticed the water pressure was off and the faucets were no longer providing a steady stream of water. He thoroughly inspected the issue, clearly explained what was causing the problem, and walked me through the recommended repairs. Tim replaced the PRV (pressure reducing valve), and the difference was immediate—everything is now working perfectly with strong, consistent water pressure throughout the condo. While he was here, he also replaced the fill valve in our toilet, which had been running continuously, and fixed that issue as well. Tim was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The workmanship was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Assurance Plumbing and Tim Mendez for any plumbing needs. Outstanding service!

Had issues with the toilet and needed a plumber asap. I called Assurance plumbing and they were able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Tim showed up ahead of schedule the next day. He was extremely professional and very experienced. Awesome service! He was not only very thorough but was able to complete the whole job in only an hour and a half. Toilet works great now all thanks to him. 100% recommend!
