Aspen Valley built our custom home and made it even better than we imagined. Marc and his team were very patient with us as we have never built a custom home before. They explained everything ahead of time and were able to meet all challenges that occurred during the build. Every aspect of the construction was completed with the upmost quality and care. Aspen Valley built us our dream home to enjoy during retirement. Thank you Marc.

We had the pleasure of being introduced to Marc Van Wormer, the owner of Aspen Valley Homes, through our dear friends who built their custom home in Prescott with Aspen Valley. Marc and his team came highly recommended, so when we started our search for a builder in 2021 we knew right away he was our guy. Our dream home was built in 2024, finished in 11 months from ground breaking. The entire process went smoothly and our Superintendent Mark was great. It's a family business with deep roots in Prescott and their reputation for great work and honest business practices are highly respected with their vendors and city inspectors. We couldn't be happier with the way our home turned out. Highly recommend Aspen Valley Homes. Thank you Marc, it was a pleasure to have worked with you and your team!

Aspen Valley Homes delivered a positive building experience. My wife and I have built several custom homes over the years in different states, and most of them were good experiences. Marc Van Wormer, Danny Perkins, Nancy Fix, and the rest of the Aspen team were OUTSTANDING at every corner. Yes, we had some standard challenges that come with building a custom home; however, Marc and Danny dug deep into their years of experience and solved all of them quickly, and displayed a sense of confidence and calmness at each challenge. They are very sought after, and we were blessed to have them accept our project. They worked very well with our architect and managed the budget like the pros they are. We were under budget and a few weeks ahead of schedule. We trusted them at every step. Thank you, Aspen Valley Homes, for a memorable experience. Scott and Michelle

We moved to Prescott in 2017 and love the area! 5 years later we found a beautiful vacant lot and decide to build our dream home. Our lot is 2+ acres and has some unique and quirky aspects, so we needed an experienced builder with local knowledge. We did our homework and realized the process could be daunting! We spoke to a number of locals who had built custom homes in the area. Aspen Valley Homes & Marc VanWormer's name had the most consistently positive reviews. After speaking with a number of builders we felt Marc and his team were the best fit for us and our build. His demeanor and experience gave us the confidence to move forward with Aspen Valley. We started our build during Covid so there were supply and manpower shortages, yet our home was completed on schedule! Marc, Nancy and the Aspen Valley team were always there for us throughout to guide us through the process. We have been in our home almost 3 years and continue to be extremely pleased with our decisions and Marc continues to be a wonderful resource. We highly recommend anyone building a custom home in the Prescott area meet with Marc VanWormer and consider him to build your dream home too. David Marson & Faith Wascher-Marson

We had the pleasure of working Aspen Valley on a home we built in Prescott. We worked closely with Marc throughout the entire process, he even advised us on which lot to select. Building a home for the first time is stressful, even with a great builder. Aspen Valley managed our anxiety, endless questions and concerns with honesty and kindness. Aspen respected our budget and provided a detailed bid with pricing allowances that were accurate. Aspen went above and beyond by making introductions to other trades (Landscapers, window treatments, epoxy flooring). Our home has been completed for several months but if we call with a questions they continue to help us! Nancy in the office is always pleasant and attentive to emails or calls. We feel so fortunate to have worked with Aspen Valley in building our home. The quality of the build combined with the integrity of the builder was unparalleled. They are such great people, we actually miss them!
