I was assigned ARW Engineers by State Farm to conduct a property inspection for documented hail damage. The engineer, David Pierson, confirmed a scheduled visit to my home for Wednesday, April 30th at 11:00 a.m. I adjusted my schedule, made myself available, and waited on-site—but no one from ARW ever showed up. There was no confirmation, no call, no cancellation notice, and not even a professional courtesy email. Over an hour after the appointment time, I received a casual text from Mr. Pierson stating that the inspection was “canceled” and that he “assumed I already knew.” I had received no such notice. This experience with ARW reflects a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for my time as a homeowner. Regardless of who their client is (in this case, State Farm), ARW Engineers failed to fulfill their basic obligation to communicate and show up. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ARW Engineers.
