Main Office

David and his team did an exceptional job painting the cabinets in my kitchen. They also filled and painted over nail holes on the wall, and a spot with water damage. I am pleased with the work that they did.

David and his crew took our dream from concept to completion in 1 week! They enlarged our MBR closet by removing a chimney bumpout and replaced the wood burning fireplace in the basement with an electric unit. The end result is fantastic!

If you need painting done these are the people to do it! Very professional through out the whole job. The communication was excellent with phone calls and text messages. When they said they would be there, they were right on time. Everything was wrapped in plastic, even my cactus. Nothing had over spray on it. Everything was cleaned up and put back the way it was. They even took down ceiling fan and lights to do the job. The paint was excellent and put on evenly and smoothly. Everything was spelled out in the contract, what was to be done. I would highly recommend Dave and his crew. Very hard working

Arce's renovation and painting made our new home lovely. They performed touchups as needed on the interior and added an accent wall in the master bedroom/bathroom. And they painted our entire exterior a beautiful white and blue trim to match lovely awnings that the previous owner had installed. David managed the job professionally and was here when he said he was going to be. He instilled trust in our relationship from the first day, so much so that I asked him to take care of the job while I was away on a business trip. He kept me updated with texts on progress along the way. What a wonderful surprise to come home to a freshly painted house that makes it look brand new. And he did it all with a smile. He is courteous and does an excellent job. David did such an excellent job on the paint that I have since hired him to do several other jobs at our new home and each one was done with the same care and timeliness of the paint job. Here are a few of the jobs that I am 100% satisfied with from Arce's renovation and painting: - install a bi-fold barn door for our laundry room - install a tub/shower door in the guest bathroom - trim the bathroom doors so rugs would fit underneath - install Quiet Cool attic exhaust smart fan - remove antiquated and broken solar water heater equipment and repair roof - build new reinforced concrete wall, texture and paint to match house - install new exterior gates - install a 4' x 12' concrete slab for my new tuff shed - install exterior security system And David has managed many other small jobs too numerous to mention. I highly recommend Arce's renovation and painting for any paint job inside or outside and any other work needed inside and out. For me, he is a one-stop full-service professional with many capabilities, and he is someone that I trust to get the job done right.

Arce's Construction was professional, friendly and great! David was wonderful to work with and installers were always on time.We had our carpet removed and had tile installed. It's beautiful and we are very happy with the outcome. We have a kitchen project we need to start, so we will be definitely using Arce's construction again. Prices were very reasonable. Thank you Arce Construction, Thank you David😊
