Had a great experience with AniArch drawing up plans for a raised deck with covered patio. They visited the site and shared valuable design insights. Also helped through the engineering and permitting process.

I was recommended through a friend this company. Highly recommend them on the ball you send an email or text. They get right back to you. They went out of their way to help me made many changes and they had no problem correcting them. I will be using them in future jobs for sure.

We started our garage project with a different architect who turned out to be a nightmare to work with—terrible communication, almost two years of waiting, and a final design that was more than $100k over our budget because of miscommunication around scale and materials. Switching to Aniarch Drafting & Design was the best decision we made. They finished our design in about two months, kept communication clear and consistent, and delivered a final plan we were genuinely excited about. They also use excellent technology throughout the process and clearly understand how things work with the city we’re building in, which made everything smoother and faster. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you want a team that actually listens, communicates, and gets the job done right, Aniarch is the way to go.

Our family-owned General Contracting company relies exclusively on Animated Architecture to work with our clients and bring their dream homes ideas to life. They take us all the way from a napkin sketch to fully submitted and permitted plans! (No small feat in Prescott, AZ for anyone familiar with the permitting process...) One of my favorite things about working with Eric and Austin is video conferencing with our clients--we all get to watch the magic happen as changes are made in real time, avoiding confusion and endless back-and-forth emails. They also recently created a gorgeous 3D render of a to-be-built home we're working on. I can't recommend Animated Architecture enough as the best draftsmen around!!

I had a great experience working with Eric on the design /planning of my cabin project and would highly recommend him. My build involves a sloped site, so grading, drainage, and structural coordination were all critical. Eric brought both technical expertise and real-world experience to the project, including having built his own home on a similar slope. That perspective made a noticeable difference in how practical and well thought-out the plans are. He was collaborative, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. As the project evolved, he handled changes professionally and advocated on my behalf to ensure previously agreed-upon details were carried through correctly with the engineer. His level of support and integrity stood out. The final plans came together very nicely, and I feel confident moving into the build phase. I would absolutely recommend Eric to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable architect.
