Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Albuquerque Plumbing based on my experience. What should have been a straightforward shower cartridge replacement turned into an extremely expensive service call with pricing that felt heavily marked up for the actual work performed. (30 minutes of work) On the other hand, I highly recommend Day & Night Plumbing. They’ve been honest, responsive, and straightforward to work with. Their technicians were professional, efficient, and focused on fixing the issue without unnecessary upselling or inflated pricing. If you’re in Albuquerque and need plumbing work done, I’d strongly suggest getting a second opinion before committing to Albuquerque Plumbing. EDIT: After posting this review, I was contacted by Pam Giron, the service manager. Pam was professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in understanding my concerns. She took the time to review the situation, listened without being defensive, and worked toward a fair resolution. After identifying a technician overcharge, she refunded $150. While I still have concerns about the original pricing and how the technician presented it to me, Pam’s responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction deserve recognition. It’s clear she cares about her customers and the reputation of the company. Not every business is willing to have those conversations after the fact, and I appreciate the way she handled the situation.
