Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning

Damian, Todd, and Ray were absolutely incredible. They came out to work on my HVAC system and handled the job professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Then they witnessed something completely unrelated that turned into a major challenge. While they were here, I had a commercial freezer delivered. The delivery driver couldn't get it through the door and essentially left me with a massive, unwrapped freezer sitting outside. Without hesitation, these three gentlemen jumped in to help. They spent at least an hour carefully removing obstacles, maneuvering the freezer through multiple doorways, and solving one problem after another. What followed was a real-life "if you give a mouse a cookie". Once everything was in place, they put every latch, fixture, and dispenser back exactly as they found it. What impressed me most wasn't just that they helped—it was that they did it willingly, cheerfully, and refused any compensation for the extra work. They went far beyond their job description simply because they saw someone who needed help. Their professionalism, kindness, work ethic, and generosity are rare and deserving of massive recognition. If you're considering this company, know that you're not just hiring skilled technicians—you're hiring genuinely exceptional people. Thank you for going so far above and beyond. I am so so grateful.
