He took the time to explain about the new compressor. He took the time the time to test everything before he left. This company has a history of honesty and integrity. Thank you so much. Another positive review. Going back from today September 4, 2026, the first major monsoon storm rolled in back in early August and caused a power outage for several thousand in our area. When the power came back on our A/C was loud and struggled to come on. Then there was another outage which damaged the compressor due to a power surge. It tripped the breaker. Your tech diagnosed the problem, and regretfully told us the compressor unit had to be replaced. Thankfully it was still under warranty. The tech that performed the work was prompt, courteous, and completed the work before the temperature reached over 110 degrees. Then we had three more outages after that due to storms in our area. The power surges that occurred damaged the new compressor. It still worked but the breaker had to be reset several times. Jordan came to our home and tested the A/C unit and the wiring. Because of the surges, he was going to recommend a replacement again. It was still under warranty.That work was completed today, September 4, 2026 by Carlos. My special thanks goes first to Sandra who was there to respond to me after hours by text, not once by several times after these storms. Then to Erin who called to make sure we were okay, and scheduled repairs as soon as possible. Thank you to Carlos who came twice and to Jordan, both told us to purchase a surge protector for the A/C unit. Many many thanks for taking such good care of us.

Accurate air has been great to deal with. Jordan came out and diagnosed the system quick and got my AC back up and running. He was a pleasure to talk to and explained what happen!

I was very disappointed with my experience with Accurate Air Conditioning. On July 23, the technician diagnosed my A/C as having a failed compressor and strongly recommended replacing the entire HVAC system due to its age and condition. I was told someone would follow up with a repair or replacement estimate, but I never received one. Despite leaving multiple messages, communication was poor, and no one followed up. As of July 29, I still had not received the promised estimate or any meaningful response. Because of the Arizona heat, I had to spend additional money on a portable A/C unit while waiting. Due to the lack of communication, I eventually called another HVAC company for a second opinion. Their technician found that the issue was a failed capacitor, replaced it, and my A/C was working again. I understand that HVAC diagnostics can be complex and that different technicians may reach different conclusions. However, what disappointed me most was the lack of follow-up and communication after recommending a costly system replacement. If you're going to recommend replacing an entire HVAC system, you should provide the promised estimate promptly and be available to answer your customer's questions. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Accurate Air due to their poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and failure to follow through on their commitments.

We had Accurate Air install a Lennox 2-stage HVAC package on our townhome rooftop, as well as a new WiFi-enabled “smart” Ecobee thermostat. I gathered quotes from three local HVAC companies and Accurate Air was the best of the three quotes. Cost wasn’t the only consideration, but it was a big one. We also liked the fact that they were local and had good reviews. The Accurate Air representative did a thorough job explaining the different options that were available to us (and their pros/cons.) We chose a 2-stage Lennox package. We were happy with the installation and the crew that did the work—all were very nice and respectful. I’m writing this two weeks after the installation and we are thrilled with how quiet and efficient the new unit is. There was one small glitch during installation: the installer could not get the new Ecobee thermostat to work properly, so he installed a Honeywell thermostat to use temporarily. A few days later, they were able to send out a technician to install the Ecobee thermostat, and they even upgraded to us to a better model thermostat for the trouble. That was appreciated. Everyone my wife and I worked with at Accurate Air was very professional. We would have no trouble recommending them to others. 5 stars.
