Main Office

Quinn are service technician was highly knowledgeable and thorough and friendly. We needed a specific part for the Trane A/C unit and Rachel took the time to deliver it to the house in order to get the air running before the heat wave. That is superior customer service! And the cost was very reasonable- no extra charges. Call AC Medic Heating & Air first and always!

This is the first time I’ve used this company, which was referred to me by a trusted person. I must say that I’m super pleased by the whole experience with their customer service. From the friendly and knowledgable office personnel that made the appointment; the repeat contact they give you as a reminder of the appointment, which includes the time when the service technician will arrive; to the ease of payment at the end of the service call - - all was great! David was dressed professionally, on time and quickly did his job! Very pleased and have already recommended him to my sister.

These guys installed a humidifier into my hvac and they maintain and service it when needed. My indoor humidity stays pretty much at 35-40%! They also change the filters when needed. They are fast, reliable, clean and friendly. Yes I’d recommend!

Excellent company. Bob came out to our home and gave us the fairest price out of three estimates. Every one of his employees that came to our home did a fantastic job.

AC Medic, (Josias), came out to check my AC before summer hit, had issues with the unit in past. Josias arrived early but a detailed description of who was coming out and a call by their office personell, Rebecca? Very professional before anyone showed up. My AC and furnace were throughly checked out and different options were presented, No pushy sales talk. I would definitely recommend AC Medic not only for the professional visit but there office staff who were diligent in keeping me up to date on my visit
