I had Juan, Tyler, and I did not get the the names of the other two individual who came and installed my Trane 4Ton and 3Ton. What I noticed about these gentlemen were their professionalism and the passion they have for their job. They are highly motivated young crew who wants the best for their customer. They are very respectful in addressing you ( Noted: The “sir” at the end of each answer) and satisfied all of my technical questions. Juan and his crew should be commended with the work and professionalism they bring into their job. Well done guys. My previous AC lasted 24 years so hopefully these 2 new Trane will last the same. Looking forward to a long relationship to maintain these Tranes.
